Delete your account

In the app

  1. Open INSTANT and go to You.
  2. Tap Delete account and confirm.

Your account is deleted straight away and you are signed out on every phone.

Without the app

Email support@bindalinfotech.com from any address with the mobile number on your account. We confirm by sending a one-time check to that number, then delete the account within 7 days.

What is deleted

  • Your name, phone number and email.
  • Your saved list, preferences, notifications and push tokens.
  • The link between you and your app activity.

What is kept, and why

Booking and payment records are kept for eight years without your name, because tax and accounting law requires it and venues need them for payouts and disputes. Upcoming bookings stay valid; cancel them first if you want a refund.
