Terms of use

These terms apply when you use INSTANT, operated by Nexivara, D 102, Meera Marg, Banipark, Jaipur 302016, Rajasthan, India. By creating an account or booking, you agree to them.

What INSTANT is

INSTANT is a marketplace. Independent venues list experiences and the places they choose to release; we let you find, book and pay for them. The venue provides the experience and is responsible for it. We are responsible for the booking, the payment and the refund process.

Accounts

You must be 18 or over and give a mobile number you control. Keep your phone secure; a booking code is enough to enter.

Prices and payment

The price shown on a card is the full price per person (or per child where shown), including taxes and fees. You pay upfront in Indian rupees; there is nothing more to pay at the venue for what the listing includes. While you pay, your places are held for 15 minutes. If the places are no longer available when we confirm your payment, you are not charged, and any amount your bank holds is released.

Cancellations and refunds

• Each booking shows its free cancellation deadline before you pay. Cancel before it in the app for a full refund to the way you paid.
• After the deadline a booking cannot be refunded, unless the venue cancels or the experience was not provided as described.
• If the venue cancels, you get a full refund automatically.
• UPI and wallet refunds usually arrive within 3 days; card refunds within 5 to 10 business days, depending on your bank.
• If something went wrong at the venue, write to us within 48 hours with your booking code. We review every report and decide on a full or partial refund.

At the venue

Show your code or QR at the time booked. Each code works once. Follow the venue’s rules shown under “Good to know” (age limits, what to wear, arrival times). Venues may refuse entry for unsafe or abusive behaviour; that is not refundable.

Ratings

Only guests who attended can rate. Ratings must be honest and about the experience. We remove ratings that are abusive, off-topic or not genuine.

Venues

Venues agree to separate venue terms, including honest listings (all-in prices, real benefits, no invented scarcity or urgency), honouring every confirmed booking, and the payout schedule.

Our responsibility

We work to keep the service available and accurate, but availability comes from venues and can change. To the extent the law allows, our liability for a booking is limited to the amount you paid for it. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.

Changes and law

We may update these terms; changes that matter will be shown in the app before they apply. These terms are governed by Indian law, and the courts at Jaipur, Rajasthan have jurisdiction.

Write to support@bindalinfotech.com. Our grievance officer acknowledges complaints within 48 hours and resolves them within one month.
